This website is operated by Pflugerville for ACC, a community-led campaign supporting ACC district membership for Pflugerville ISD. This policy explains what information this website collects and how campaign submissions are handled.
What we collect
We collect information you voluntarily submit through campaign forms, which may include your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, preferred way to help, general availability, and communications consent.
The calculator runs in your browser. Home values, exemption selections, and calculation results are not submitted to the campaign.
How we use it
We use form submissions to coordinate campaign activities, respond to requests, organize volunteers, arrange yard-sign delivery, and send campaign communications when you choose to receive them. We do not sell personal information.
Form processing
Volunteer forms are processed through Formspree. Formspree's privacy terms govern data processed on its systems.
Contributions
When campaign contributions become available, the Donate page will send visitors to the campaign's approved contribution platform. That platform, not this website, will process payment and required reporting information under its own privacy and security terms.
Analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising pixels. If privacy-respecting aggregate analytics are enabled, this policy will be updated to identify the service.
Retention and requests
Campaign form data is retained for campaign operations and any applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the Get Involved form. The campaign will respond as promptly as possible while following applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Children and changes
This site is not directed to children under 13, and the campaign does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Material policy changes will be reflected by the updated date above.
